Rock Solid Academy offers more than just a fun experience for little one's learning gymnastics. Our curriculum focuses on motor and social skills, coordination development, positive attitude and self-confidence.

-Recreation Gymnastics
Our instructional gymnastics classes provide a progressive training program for all levels of gymnastics skill development. We focus on USAG skills, levels 1-4. After mastering these skills the dedicated gymnast has the option of taking the next step of moving to the competitive team.

-Recreation Cheerleading
Our cheerleading classes include the basic fundamentals of tumbling & Cheer Technique. As well as elite level cheerleading & Tumbling skills for the more advanced students. These classes are a good start for anyone new to cheerleading, as well as the well trained elite cheerleaders who would like to focus on technique or tumbling.
