              Kelley Capretta - Head Coach & Owner

Kelley is heading in her 4th year as the co-owner and head cheerleading, gymnastics & dance coach at Rock Solid Academy. She began Competitive gymnastics training at age 4, and competed for 14 years at the state, regional and national level. She left competitive club gymnastics as a Level 10 gymnast to compete for Dublin Scioto High School from 1996-2000. She is formerly the head football cheerleading coach at Dublin Scioto High School, and head gymnastics coach at Upper Arlington. With 15 years of coaching experience, Kelley is known as one of the top elite tumbling coaches in Ohio. She is a former Americheer staff member and has coached competitive gymnastics Levels 3-10. Kelley is a USA Gymnastics Professional Member and is USAG Safety Certified. Kelley has coached her athletes to over 50 National titles in her 1st three seasons at Rock Solid. Kelley is proud to say she lives her childhood dream everyday!

       Debie Hague- Owner & Office Manager

Debie has been co-owner of Rock Solid Academy for 4 years! She helped her daughter Kelley build Rock Solid Academy from the ground up, supporting her dream as an athlete and business owner. She is currently the office manager and activity coordinator at RSA. She has over 20 years of management and service experience. Debie also organizes and oversees all RSA retail and merchandise. You can always find Debie setting up a parent outing, working on a new spirit theme for our award winning parents or making a buffet line of food for the kids! She has an awesome ability to handle and tackle any task thrown her way. Debie is a huge part of Rock Solid's success!

             Danielle Fricke- Allstar Cheer Coach & Instructor

Danielle is coaching her 3rd season at Rock Solid Academy. She currently trains the Mini Pride and Youth Inspire cheer teams. Danielle can be found coaching cheer and tumbling classes, helping with gymnastics or even helping with sleeopvers! She has cheered in high school and competitively for Columbus State, 2006-2007. Currently, Danielle is attending The Ohio State University majoring in Sociology.

       Audra Jordan - Allstar Cheer Coach & Instructor

Audra started her cheerleading career with the first local competitive team in 1996, where she competed on the national level. Audra competed in junior, and senior divisions as well as a variety of individual categories for several different gyms in the Columbus area. Audra has retired from her cheerleading career after cheering in the Stagg Bowl for the Mount Union Raiders in 2006. As recent graduate from Capital University, Audra is currently teaching health at The Arts and College Prep Academy. Audra is in her 3rd year with Rock Solid and is currently coaching Senior 4.2 Tradition, as well as teaching tumbling classes! 

        Heather Dillon - Allstar Cheer Coach & Instructor

Heather is in her 1st season coaching allstars at Rock Solid Academy. She currently coaches the Junior Destiny cheer team, as well as helping out the other teams when she can! Heather is known for her amazing ability to teach tumbling to all ages of athletes. Heather is a former allstar cheerleader with many years of coaching experience!

       Donna Minor - Allstar Cheer Coach & Instructor

Donna is in her very first season at Rock Solid Academy. She can be found coaching Junior Destiny as well as helping with all any and all teams. Donna is one of our top tumbling class instructors, and loves to help out where she can! Donna is a former allstar cheerleader and gymnast for over 8 years.

 Keeley Hickey - Assistant Coach & Office Assistant

Keeley has been helping our at RSA for the last few seasons. She is the current Head Cheerleading Coach at Dublin Scioto High School, and helps out in the gym and office at RSA. Keeley is finishing up school at Ohio State, and loves being apart of the Rock Solid family.

       Carly Carroll - Head Hip Hop & Assistant Jazz Coach

Carly has been a dancer for over 10 years, studying a variety of styles, including ballet, tap, jazz, modern, lyrical, and hip hop. She began the dance program at Rock Solid Academy in 2008 and is the head hip hop and assistant jazz coach. She enjoys performing and choreographing many different styles of dance, and has been a member of the hip hop dance crew Dancelinx for 4 years. Carly graduated from The Ohio State University with a BA in sociology and minor in dance. In RSA's first year having a dance program Carly has coached her dancers to 2 National titles and 6 state titles. She plans on taking her dancers to the next level this year, by helping them grow in both technique and confidence!

       Louise Thoma- Head Team Gymnastics Coach

Louise is in her 2nd year coaching at Rock Solid as head team gymnastics coach. She was formerly the assistant gymnastics coach at Upper Arlington High School, as well as her local program back home. After competing gymnastics for 8 years, she coached for 4 years, levels 4-9, while she earned a degree in Exercise Science from Mount Union College. She is currently pursuing her degree in Physical Therapy at The Ohio State University.

       Gina Starr- Head Team Gymnastics Coach

Gina began competitive gymnastics training at age 6, and competed at the state, regional, national, and collegiate level. She received a gymnastics scholarship to Eastern Michigan University where she competed from 1997-1999 and her career ended do to an ankle injury. She earned three state titles for vault and beam for Level 10. She was also the the Head Coach for Ohio University's Club Gymnastics Team and coached tumbling for Ohio University Cheerleaders. Gina has been coaching gymnastics and tumbling off and on for the past 7 years. This is Gina's second season at Rock Solid and is looking forward to many more!

       Toni Capretta - Allstar Coach / RSA Tanning Owner

Toni is in her 4th year at Rock Solid Academy, and is what we call the "jack of all trades" in our gym. Toni helps out with all the allstar teams when she is available, and helps her mom Debie in the office! You can often find Toni helping her sister Kelley with anything and everything associated with RSA. Toni is also the owner of our Tanning business in our facility! Toni... Toni... Toni... (so the kids chant..hehe).

       Jillian Reed - Junior Allstar Coach & Class Instructor

Jillian loves her first year as a Junior Coach, and being able to work with the RSA Mini Cheer Team. You can find Jill helping out with tumbling classes, helping in the office or just helping younger athletes get where they need to go. Jillian currently cheers on Rock Solid's Junior 5 and Senior 5 teams, as well as the Senior 4.2 Tradition team. Jill is a great coach in the making and does an amazing job with the little ones!

            Ali Walker- Junior Coach / Allstar Cheer

Ali is in her first season helping out with our Mini cheer program. She has lots of patience with these atheltes and has the abilities to teach beg through Adv level skills to all different age groups. Ali currently cheers on the Rock Solid Junior 5 team, as well as being a Prep-Op Gymnast. You can find Ali anywhere in the gym... with a kid hugging on her!

    Katie Krebs - Junior Coach/ AllStar Cheer & Gymnastics

Katie has been a gymnast since 2003 and has competed up through level 7. Katie currently holds the record as the gymnast with the highest all-around score achieved at Rock Solid Academy a 37.0. She has been an all-star cheerleader for the past four years where she has competed on three level 5 teams and won a National Championship with her Junior Stunt Team. In addition to all-star cheerleading she is a Varsity cheerleader at West Jefferson High School.

   Tyler Dewitt - Head Coach & Level 5 Tumbling Instructor

Tyler is coaching his first season at Rock Solid Academy, dedicating his time to working with the Junior 5 & Senior level teams. Tyler has been cheering for the last 5 years, and has been tumbling for 8. He formerly/ currently competes on 7 X World Champion Gym Tyme All stars in Louisville Kentucky. He currently is credentialed in elite tumbling, elite stunt techniques. Tyler will be attending the University of Louisville in the fall majoring in Public relations.

    Kayla Dembinski - Junior Coach /Allstar Cheer

Kayla has been cheering for 8 years, and enjoys working with the athletes at RSA .Kayla is currently on the Junior Level 5 Cheer team and is growing to be an excellent Junior coach. She is helping coaching the Mini 2 as well as preschool age gymnastics. She has lots of patients and loves to see young athletes succeed!

   Hannah Blair - Junior Coach / AllStar Cheer

Hannah has been a competitive gymnast since she was 6 years old and is currently a level 8 gymnast at RSA. Hannah has also competed as an all star cheerleader since she was 6, and is in her 2nd year competing on the Junior Level 5 team. She has won several individual competitions in elite cheer and tumbling. In addition to gymnastics and all star cheer, Hannah is currently an 8th grade cheerleader for Northridge Jr. High in Springfield, Ohio.

   Jacob McCarty - Assistant Coach / Class Instructor

Jacob is in his first year coaching at Rock Solid, and loves being a part of the family! Jacob has a passion for tumbling and competed level 6 - 9 gymnastics all over the nation with Hocking Valley Gymnastics in Lancaster. You can find him helping out anywhere and everywhere!

   Tia Borger - Junior Coach / Allstar Cheer

Tia is in her 1st year coaching at RSA, and is helping coach the mini/tiny cheer teams, as well as tumbling classes. She is currently 2nd year member of the RSA Junior Level 5 team, and has an amazing way with the athletes she works with. Tia formerly helped coach at a previous gym, as well as cheered for her local school in Springfield.
