Non Sanction Program: Rock Solid offers a non sanctioned competitive gymnastics program! This program is made for the female gymnast that loves the sport, but is not interested in taking on the time and financial responsibilities of a USAG program. This program offers the thrill of competitive gymnastics without having to spend a lot of hours in the gym. This program is perfect for all level of gymnasts and is a great benefit during the school year! The NS program practices 6 hours, between 3 days a week, and competes in League Non-Sanctioned gymnastics meets.
