Kelley is the current head coach and Cofounder of Rock Solid Academy. She is also the current head football cheerleading coach at Dublin Scioto High School And head gymnastics coach of Upper Arlington High School. She began Competitive gymnastics training at age 4, And competed for 14 years at the state, regional and National level. She left competitive club gymnastics as a Level 10 to compete for Dublin Scioto high school from 1996-2000. Kelley was not only named on the OCC All-district team, but was also a balance beam state qualifier in 1999. Kelley was a Columbus State Cheerleader from 2001-2003 and Competed on MCA's Pro Open Coed team in 2002. She currently Continues to compete on Pro Open teams in her spare time. Kelley holds 2 Individual Cheer Power National titles.

With 11 years of Coaching experience Kelley started coaching at the age of 14. She was the head coach at a Columbus recreation gymnastics program. She is a former Americheer staff member and has coached competitive gymnastics Levels 4-10. She was formerly an assistant coach for Westland and Central Crossing's gymnastics teams and Head Coach for Central's Varsity Cheerleaders in 2004. Kelley is a USA Gymnastics Professional Member and is USAG Safety Certified. Kelley has coached 14 National titles in her 1st season at Rock Solid.
